The Most Important Meal of the Day
Some people think that skipping breakfast will help them lose weight, but that's not a good idea - it can backfire. Skipping meals, especially breakfast, can actually make weight control more difficult. People who don’t eat breakfast tend to eat more food than usual at the next meal, or nibble on high-calorie snacks to prevent hunger.
Short on time? Eating a wholesome, nutritious morning meal will probably save you time in the long run. By recharging the brain and body, you'll be more efficient in just about everything you do.

This next recipe is my personal favorite creation. I believe this is one of the healthiest ways to fuel your day and it may even extend your life too. That is why I call it Life Porridge. Besides its omega-3 fat from the flax and the antioxidants from the berries, you get a healthy dose of fiber. What a great way to begin a day!
